Olive Tree Weddings was established in 2016 in Johannesburg, South Africa by Chris Miles. In a bid to separate his weddings from his corporate work, and to dedicate a large portion of energy and creativity to creating visually appealing wedding videos that capture the true and authentic love and vibe the day has to offer, Olive Tree Weddings was born. A wedding video should be timeless, something that you can look back on and it takes you right back to that special moment, as well as to show the kids one day. This is what we try and bring with every unique wedding that we shoot.
I try and shoot every wedding myself, with an experienced team of videographers to back me up as second shooters. For weddings that I send a team along, I control the full production process and handle all the editing.
Our style is a mix of documentary and cinematic storytelling, still focusing on the important things that need to be choreographed, whilst making sure your day is relaxed, comfortable and most importantly fun. We aim to be professional, and meticulous in making sure that no moments go unnoticed and your wedding videography experience is a great one.
We are based in Johannesburg but travel nationally and internationally for your wedding videography needs.
